New Recipe to Try: Does Anyone Have It?

In summary, these recipes are delicious. The cinnamon bites use the same ingredients as the garlic bites, with the addition of cinnamon and vanilla. The garlic bites are also delicious, and can be made with or without the cinnamon. The cinnamon bites are great for showing off a lot of tools, but are a bit high in fat.

I've seen this mentioned...does anyone have the recipe typed up? Thanks!

This is the recipe I have for Garlic Bites and check out the alternate cinnamom! Yummy
Garlic Bites
1 pkg Pillsbury Flaky Rolls (or country biscuits)
1/3 cup butter
1 clove garlic
Parmesan Cheese to grate on top (have used monz, DH doesn't like parm)
PC Italian Seasoning ( I think about 1 tsp)
Stove top prep in small saute pan and oven baking. (Shows off the pan)

Cinnamon Bites
1 pkg Pillsbury Flaky rolls (or country biscuits)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup butter
Cinamon and vanilla
Just as for the garlic bites, melt all on stove top in the saute pan and then bake in the oven

These are both delicious!

Let me see...

1 pkg. Grands Biscuits (8 count)
4 tbls. butter
1-2 cloves of garlic
Italian Seasoning (maybe 1 Tbls.?)
Parmesan cheese (a chunk that fits in the hopper of the Microplane grater)

Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter in the 10" skillet. Using garlic press, crush garlic into pan.
Shake in about a tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and grate in the parmesan cheese. Cut the biscuits into quarters, and stir into other ingredients until the biscuits are well coated. Grate a little more cheese over the top, and bake for 15-18 minutes.

Yum! Cinnamon bites!

Scott, do you use the 8 biscuit tube or 5 biscuit tube for those recipes?

About 1 tsp vanilla and cinnamon. I use the 8 biscuit but you can cut them in half if more guests.

Fat... shmat. It all evaporates with the steam when cooking - just like the calories in the warm nutty caramel brownies!;)

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!!

I use the 5 count Grands biscuits in the 8" Saute' Pan. Or the 8 ct. in the
10" skillet. Too yummy!

I've always done the 8 ct in the 8" saute pan. It's a bit challenging, but it's an awesome thing to turnout onto a medium square (or new Dots dinner plate - just got mine TONIGHT!)Cinnamon? I sprinkle about 2 teaspoons to a tablespoon into the flour sugar shaker and fill it halfway with sugar. I put that mixture into the pan. If adding PC DSBPVExtract, I'd add a small amount - 1/4 teaspoon, just to show the products.Remember it's about showing the products - the food is a bonus. You know, Katie0128's right - they do call it a NO STICK skillet for a reason. I'm sure the fat doesn't stick to the food so go for it!
