I think that's what it's called? Too lazy to go get it downstairs to confirm. It's in the new 29 MTD book. Has anyone tried it yet? I think that will be my next test recipe?
So far I've made the skillet lasagna and the BLT mac and both were just ok? Any others you recommend? TIA

I haven't tried the one in the cookbook yet, but the mini-caprese sandwhiches in the old SB cookbook are yummy! I think I'll give this one a try soon.

We had the caprese pizza at a cluster meeting. It's good, if you like caprese salad. If you're expecting traditional pizza, you'll be disappointed. The Beef Enchilada casserole is good. As is the Tex mex Chicken and Rice skillet.

Yeah, the enchilada thing sounded good too! That will be on my list to try! And the chicken & Rice thing sounds interesting. I will have to look it up! Thanks Ann!

I loved the Grilled Tilapia with Pineapple salsa - very good and easy! Also had the artichoke chicken which was good as well but a pain to make in the
8" saute pan since I don't have a SS 10" pan - but it was good nonetheless.

I really liked the Jerk pork tenderloin. It was easy and tasty. I didn't make the mango part.

I have tried it and I too wasn't crazy about it...
