Marghi - are you going to get them to register a couple weeks before-hand so you can order enough batter bowls?BlueMoon said:How does this idea sound?
I live in a retirement community and I plan to have a class on making the mini-batter bowl recipes. The class fee will pay for the ingredients and the bowl, and we'll all make them together. Using the measuring tools etc.

I'll have one prepared, and make it at the beginning, then while it is cooking everyone can fill a bowl and decorate it with ribbon or something. Then they can order more batter bowls and any other cool tools they have decided they need for themselves or as gifts.
Actually, I better get on the stick and start collecting and formatting recipes.

Consider themes like "Cookies and Cocoa," where guests can bake holiday cookies and enjoy hot cocoa, or "Gifts from the Kitchen," focusing on baked goods that can be given as gifts. Another idea is "Holiday Desserts," featuring festive cakes and pastries that celebrate the season.
Use Pampered Chef tools like the Mix 'N Chop for cookie dough, the Baking Stone for even baking, and the Cookie Press for fun shapes. Demonstrating these products while baking will show their effectiveness and encourage guests to purchase them.
Include a variety of recipes such as classic sugar cookies, gingerbread men, peppermint bark, and festive cupcakes. You can also showcase quick and easy recipes like no-bake treats or make-ahead desserts that guests can prepare for their holiday gatherings.
Encourage guests to participate by allowing them to help with mixing, decorating, or even tasting the baked goods. You can also host a mini baking competition or a cookie decorating contest to make the event more interactive and fun.
Consider offering discounts on holiday bundles, free shipping on orders over a certain amount, or a special gift with purchase. You can also create a holiday wish list for guests to fill out, making it easier for their friends and family to shop for them.
