I am looking for a letter to e-mail my catalog show host that I never met before.

I have found a flyer that has tips for a successful catalog show.

I am also asking/looking for a Catalog Show Planner. I have never seen one of those before either.

I am planning a lot of catalog shows for June because I am having so many personal problems and just don't know if I can plan actual kitchen shows and I don't want to miss out on the June specials for the consultants.

I want to say "THANK YOU" to whoever made up the June Dollar Days Flyer.:)
I love it and it got me 3 catalog shows.

Thanks to everyone that will take the time to help me.

Teresa;)

Teresa, I have attached the catalog show planner that I found here. There is also a letter that you might be able to adapt to an email.

Good luck on your bookings!!

Christine,

I'm curious, do you stay up all night on the computer? You are, like, 13 hours ahead of us, so it is 3 am in Japan right now! :D

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a catalog show and how does it work?

A catalog show is a type of direct sales event where hosts showcase a catalog of products to their friends and family without the need for a physical gathering. Hosts collect orders over a specified period, usually through sharing the catalog online or in person, and then submit the total orders to the consultant. This format allows for flexibility and convenience, making it easier for busy individuals to participate.

How can I maximize my catalog show sales?

To maximize your catalog show sales, consider the following tips: promote your show through social media and personal networks, offer incentives for orders such as discounts or freebies, create engaging content that highlights popular products, and encourage guests to share the catalog with their own networks. Additionally, follow up with potential customers to remind them of the show and answer any questions they may have.

What should I include in my catalog show planner?

Your catalog show planner should include key elements such as a timeline for the show, a list of products to highlight, promotional strategies, and a schedule for follow-ups. Additionally, consider including a section for tracking orders and customer information, as well as any incentives or rewards you plan to offer to encourage sales.

How can I express gratitude to my guests and customers after the catalog show?

Expressing gratitude can be done in several ways, such as sending personalized thank-you notes to each guest who placed an order, offering a small gift or discount for future purchases, or hosting a virtual thank-you event. Acknowledging their support not only shows appreciation but also fosters a positive relationship that may lead to future sales or referrals.

What resources are available for new hosts to succeed with catalog shows?

New hosts can access various resources to help them succeed, including training materials from their direct sales company, online webinars, and support from their consultant. Many companies also provide templates for invitations, social media posts, and follow-up messages. Additionally, joining host groups on social media can offer tips and encouragement from experienced hosts.
