The discussion centers on the proposal of implementing a double points system for recruits who qualify, suggesting that if a recruit is brought in January and qualifies in February, the recruiter would earn 4000 points instead of the standard 2000 points. Participants express enthusiasm for this incentive while emphasizing the importance of maintaining sales points as a priority. The consensus indicates that while recruiting incentives are valuable, they should not replace the existing sales incentives, as sales activities directly contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
PREREQUISITESSales managers, recruitment specialists, and organizational leaders looking to enhance their incentive programs and improve recruitment strategies while maintaining a strong focus on sales performance.
That would be nice but I would never want to see it in place of sales points. While we need to be sharing the opportunity with everyone, we also are the SALES force out here. I personally think that the best incentives should be for sales.ange13 said:If they did a double points for when recruits qualify!!!! Instead of sales (or in addition) say if you recruit in January and they qualify in February you'd get 4000 points instead of 2000!! Oh man, what an incentive that would be!!!! maybe I'll make that suggestion!
The "Double Incentive for Early Recruit Qualification" refers to a special promotional period where consultants can earn double points towards their qualification goals when they recruit new team members within a specified timeframe. This initiative encourages consultants to grow their teams and maximize their earnings potential.
To maximize your points during the Double Incentive promotion, focus on actively recruiting new consultants and guiding them through their onboarding process. Additionally, ensure that you are meeting your sales goals and encouraging your recruits to do the same, as their achievements will also contribute to your point total.
