Maximize Your Points: Double Incentive for Early Recruit Qualification!

Click For Summary
SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the proposal of implementing a double points system for recruits who qualify, suggesting that if a recruit is brought in January and qualifies in February, the recruiter would earn 4000 points instead of the standard 2000 points. Participants express enthusiasm for this incentive while emphasizing the importance of maintaining sales points as a priority. The consensus indicates that while recruiting incentives are valuable, they should not replace the existing sales incentives, as sales activities directly contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

If they did a double points for when recruits qualify!!!! Instead of sales (or in addition) say if you recruit in January and they qualify in February you'd get 4000 points instead of 2000!! Oh man, what an incentive that would be!!!! maybe I'll make that suggestion!

That would be nice but I would never want to see it in place of sales points. While we need to be sharing the opportunity with everyone, we also are the SALES force out here. I personally think that the best incentives should be for sales.

And by doing more shows in order to get higher sales, we're in front of more potential recruits. :)
