That's crazy, I can't imagine that there were THAT many people who were SO offended that it would cause Marla & Jean to comment on it.......maybe we should check this one out on Snopes? LOLTeresa Lynn said:Actually, the bra idea was mentioned in a call last week by Marla and Jean that people (guests are offended) and calling HO about consultants using it as a visual.

I guess it all depends on how it's presented. I don't use a 'Why Bag' at my shows, and I've never seen a consultant demonstrate one either so I have no experience with this one. I can just picture it in my head - and in my scenario it is hilarious! I guess after reading some of the other responses I can also see how it could be presumed as tacky too.lacychef said:LOL Linda! I can't believe they said people are offended! I have one in my bag & it always just brings laughs![]()

The "Why Box" is a concept used in Pampered Chef to help consultants articulate their personal motivations for selling. It serves as a reminder of the reasons behind their business, whether it's financial goals, personal fulfillment, or the desire to connect with others. Mastering the "Why Box" can enhance a consultant's passion and effectiveness during shows.
To effectively use the "Why Box" during your shows, start by sharing your personal story and the reasons you joined Pampered Chef. Engage your audience by inviting them to reflect on their own "why." Use visual aids or props that represent your motivations, and encourage guests to think about how Pampered Chef can fulfill their own goals.
To maximize the impact of your "Why Box," practice your delivery to ensure it feels authentic and relatable. Tailor your message to resonate with your audience by considering their interests and needs. Additionally, incorporate interactive elements, such as asking questions or facilitating discussions, to create a more engaging experience.
The "Why Box" contributes to your overall sales success by helping you connect emotionally with your audience. When you share your motivations, it builds trust and rapport, making guests more likely to engage with your products and consider hosting their own shows. A strong personal narrative can inspire others to join your team or make purchases.
Absolutely! Your motivations may evolve as you progress in your Pampered Chef journey. It's important to revisit and update your "Why Box" regularly to reflect your current goals and aspirations. This not only keeps your message fresh but also allows you to stay aligned with your personal and professional growth.
