"25% of ALL Sales go to American Cancer Society! .... " and then it has how to place an online order.
For those that I'll be mailing (which aren't many), I like the HWC Invite that Heather attached!
For both my mailed and neighbor invites, I'm also going to include mini-cats if I can, if HO tells me why my supply order is on hold!
The rest that I'm doing by email, will be done through my PWS fundraiser...I'm going to send the e-vites from there. They look really nice.I will use those for all my fair/friends/out-of-town contacts that I have emails for.

Our community has mailboxes that have a newspaper box attached to the bottom...that is actually what I put them in. But I figured if I said newspaper box, someone would envision those lovely plastic boxes with the Newspaper name printed on them.

A HWC Invitation, or "Host With Confidence" invitation, is a specially designed invitation used by Pampered Chef consultants to encourage potential hosts to organize cooking shows or parties. It emphasizes the benefits of hosting, such as earning free products and having fun with friends.
To create an engaging HWC Invitation, focus on a friendly and inviting tone. Use vibrant colors and appealing images related to cooking or hosting. Highlight the benefits of hosting a party, such as exclusive discounts and free products, and include a personal touch by sharing your enthusiasm for cooking and connecting with others.
Your HWC Invitation should include the date and time of the event, a brief description of what to expect, the benefits of hosting, and a call to action encouraging the recipient to reach out to you for more information. Additionally, consider adding a personal note to make it feel more inviting.
Distributing your HWC Invitations can be done through various channels. You can send them via email, share them on social media, or print them out for in-person distribution. Consider your audience and choose the method that will resonate best with them. Personal follow-ups can also increase engagement.
Common mistakes to avoid include being too vague about the benefits of hosting, using overly complicated language, neglecting to personalize the invitation, and failing to include a clear call to action. Make sure your invitation is visually appealing and easy to understand to maximize its effectiveness.
