OK, I have a strange request...I have a friend who to went to eat at another friend's home. The other friend made (and I quote from the email):

"...a PC recipe a chicken breast dish with asparagus and rice ... didn't catch what cookbook it was in and she's out of town. Any idea? I don't think it's in one I have."

I'm drawing a blank and when I searched on CC nothing came up. Does anyone have an idea before I start flipping my cookbooks?

Hmmm....but there it is (the cookbook I mean). In my experience, they DO keep the recipe listings from old cookbooks so we can refer back to them. I appreciate that about PC. I'm sure many consultants and customers have retired cookbooks in their kitchens.
 
oh and I just checked and there is no risotto recipe by that name in Main Dishes.Searching with risotto as keyword behind CC yielded these results:
