BethCooks4U said:I think it has to do with the fact that they want everything to be a secret until the last minute. I also believe that they want us to become so frustrated that we say "just stop sending it, we'll see it online". It would save them a ton of money to go paperless.
What they don't seem to care is that many need the hard copy (for various reasons) and printing of the online copy is expensive or impossible for them.
