It is a great feeling. I have started a Team Party day. It is the first Saturday of the month. I give out little prizes for different catagories, ie, first to close, highest sales, most in attendence, most bookings etc... They have to close by the 15th to qualify. I had several team members have parties on the 6th. My goal is to reduce my stress and get my team green as early as possible.
"I'm Green Early!" refers to a new consultant who has achieved the status of "Green" in their first 30 days of joining Pampered Chef. This status indicates that they have successfully submitted a certain number of shows and are on track to meet their early goals.
A "2nd SC" refers to a second show that a new consultant has submitted. It signifies that the consultant is actively engaging with their business and building momentum early in their journey.
Submitting shows is crucial for new consultants as it helps them earn commissions, gain experience, and build their customer base. It also contributes to achieving early incentives and recognition within the Pampered Chef community.
After submitting your second show, it's important to follow up with your customers, thank them for their orders, and ask for feedback. Additionally, you can start planning your next show and continue to promote your business through social media and personal networks.
To maintain your excitement and momentum, set new goals for yourself, engage with your team for support and motivation, and continue to learn about the products and sales techniques. Celebrating small wins and sharing your journey with others can also help keep your enthusiasm high.
