NO-FAIL TRUFFLES
1 pkg. Double Stuffed Oreos
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla (1/2 tsp using PC vanilla)
Dipping Chocolate
Finely crush the oreos (I used my meat tenderizer with the cookies in a ziplock bag) Add the cream cheese and vanilla (I just add them right to the bag) and mash it all up together. Use the small scoop and scoop them onto a stone covered with parchment (for easy clean up) place them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. While they are chilling melt the chocolate, then dip them in the chocolate and allow them to set-up.
These are even better if you allow them to set overnight! I usually keep some in my freezer during the holidays to quickly do before shows or when we need to take a dessert or treat someplace!

A truffle in cooking typically refers to a type of chocolate confection that is rich and creamy, often rolled in cocoa powder, nuts, or coconut. It can also refer to the gourmet fungus that is highly prized in culinary dishes, but in the context of recipes, it usually means the chocolate treat.
It's possible that truffle recipes are not included in the specific collection of files or recipes you are searching through. Pampered Chef focuses on a variety of cooking techniques and tools, and not all dessert recipes may be represented. You may want to check other recipe sources or websites for truffle-specific recipes.
Yes, Pampered Chef offers several tools that can assist in making truffles, such as the Small Scoop for portioning, the Silicone Baking Mats for cooling, and the Food Chopper for finely chopping nuts or other ingredients. These tools can help streamline the truffle-making process.
Absolutely! You can take existing Pampered Chef dessert recipes and adapt them to create truffles. For example, you can turn a chocolate cake recipe into truffles by making a cake pop-style treat, mixing crumbled cake with frosting, and rolling them into balls.
You can find more information about making truffles by searching online recipe websites, cooking blogs, or video platforms like YouTube. Additionally, consider joining Pampered Chef cooking classes or workshops where you might learn more about dessert-making techniques, including truffles.
