I am not far from getting mine I'm so excited I can't WAIT! Awesome Deal! We are so lucky to have this as a promotion.

When I signed last year the perk for doing the online training was sort of a raffle. Your name was entered along with all of the other new consultants. Then they drew a name each month. The winner got a gift certificate to Merrill. So it isn't really an incentive or perk, just a bonus.
 
I got the $25 GC to Merrill. I did ALLLLL online training the first day I got my number and password! It was a raffle thing just like you said. I was really excited cause they drew my name! I haven't used it yet I can't decide what I want. if you go here
