Your earn your money with Host coaching, you go to your party to pick it up!
That made a lot of sense to me!! Congrats on your show and have many more!!!
SillyChef said:I did the three calls. I thought I was actually bugging her, but I had her excited about everything that she was going to get. She LOVES PC! She had 12 guests and 4 outside orders plus 2 bookings. She will more than likely get those since she is seriously considering being a consultant!I think by having a set structure for her to follow was a huge key! Plus, that gave me a guideline to follow as well!

Effective host coaching involves guiding your hosts through the planning and execution of their parties to ensure they feel confident and prepared. This includes providing them with tips on how to invite guests, engage their audience, and showcase products effectively, ultimately leading to a successful event.
Improving your host coaching skills can be achieved through practice and learning from experienced consultants. Attend training sessions, watch webinars, and seek feedback from your hosts after their parties. Additionally, developing a personal coaching style that resonates with your hosts can enhance their experience.
Common challenges include feeling overwhelmed with planning, uncertainty about how to engage guests, and difficulty in promoting the event. By addressing these concerns and providing clear, actionable advice, you can help your hosts feel more confident and excited about their parties.
Following up with hosts after their party is crucial for building relationships and gathering feedback. You can send a thank-you message, discuss the party's outcomes, and ask for their thoughts on the coaching process. This can also be an opportunity to encourage them to host again or refer friends.
Providing resources such as checklists, sample invitations, and tips for engaging guests can be very helpful. You can also share success stories from previous hosts, offer product samples, and create a dedicated group or page where hosts can ask questions and share ideas.
