I have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours for HO, finally hung up. What happened to their call-back service? Anyway- my question: Nov/Dec SAT, isn't it a collaboration of the two months, not seperate? (I had over 1500 for the two months together, but only 1200 in Nov. Don't I get level 2?)

Re: Frustration...No...You had to have 2 shows in November and/or December for Level 1 each month and $1,500 in November to get Level 2 SAT plus $1,500 in December to get the 5% in PC$. Sorry!

Re: Frustration...No, they were separate. Go back to the flyers and read the fine print.

Re: Frustration...I was so excited! Bummer!!!!

Re: Frustration...They are behind on calls due to the issue of the cc charges. Read the fine print in all the flyers for the information.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I've been on hold for over two hours with Pampered Chef customer service?

If you've been on hold for over two hours, it's understandable to feel frustrated. You can try calling back at a different time, as call volumes may vary throughout the day. Alternatively, consider reaching out through their online chat or email support for a potentially quicker response.

Is there a specific time that is better for calling Pampered Chef customer service?

Yes, calling during non-peak hours, typically early in the morning or late in the afternoon, can help reduce wait times. Avoid calling during lunch hours or right after major promotions, as these times tend to be busier.

Can I get assistance with my Pampered Chef order without calling customer service?

Yes, you can often find answers to common questions on the Pampered Chef website, including order tracking and FAQs. Additionally, you can reach out to your Pampered Chef consultant for assistance, as they can help with many order-related inquiries.

What are some alternative ways to contact Pampered Chef if I'm having trouble reaching them by phone?

If phone support is not working for you, consider using their online chat feature, sending an email, or reaching out through their social media channels. These methods can sometimes yield faster responses than waiting on hold.

What if I hung up after being on hold for a long time? Should I try calling again?

If you hung up after a long wait, it's worth trying to call again, especially if your issue is urgent. However, consider using alternative contact methods mentioned earlier to see if you can get assistance more quickly.
