Once I have it as individual order, should I put the person as host and then put their order in as guest under that?

TIA!:D

How much in sales do you have?

only a little over 60 now.

You can only send it in as a show if you have $150. You need to turn in the $60 in orders as an individual order. :)

If you are asking how to submit the order in PP, yes you put the person's info under edit host. Then you click on add guest at the bottom & it will bring up the order screen & the person's name will be there.

Thank you so much! I called my recruiter to ask, but she's never done an individual order either just all shows.

I've only done a few individual orders, but that's what I did for them. That's one part of PP that is very confusing--that & how to add a co-host!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to organize individual orders with hosts and guests?

The best way to organize individual orders is to create a clear system for tracking orders as they come in. Use a spreadsheet or order management software to list each guest's order alongside the host's name. This will help you keep everything organized and ensure that no orders are missed.

How can I ensure that all guests place their orders on time?

To ensure that all guests place their orders on time, set a clear deadline for order submissions and communicate this to both the host and guests. You can also send reminders as the deadline approaches, and consider offering incentives for early orders to encourage prompt responses.

What information should I collect from guests when they place their orders?

When guests place their orders, collect their full name, contact information, shipping address, and payment details. Additionally, ask them to confirm their order items and quantities to avoid any misunderstandings later on.

How do I handle changes or cancellations to individual orders?

If a guest needs to change or cancel their order, be sure to have a clear policy in place. Communicate this policy to the host and guests upfront. Make it easy for guests to reach out to you with changes, and be prompt in updating the order list to reflect any modifications.

What should I do if a guest forgets to place their order?

If a guest forgets to place their order, reach out to them as soon as possible to remind them. If the deadline has not passed, encourage them to submit their order quickly. If the deadline has passed, explain the situation and see if there is a way to accommodate their order, perhaps by placing it separately or during the next order cycle.
