How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

How long do you tell people it will take an order to come in? I know it seems to depend on the time of month. But just curious what your responses are to this question.

I always tell them two weeks or less from the time the order is turned in. And I live 45 mins from HO! LOL!I once had an order on my doorstep 12 hours after it left the warehouse.If you tell them two weeks, it covers your rear for the times when the warehouse is backed up. If it arrives sooner, then you have very happy customers.

12 hours must be a record that is impressive!

I usually say "once we close the show, about a couple of weeks". Like Deb said, that way no one will be calling you tomorrow expecting their stuff from the show yesterday! (However, I've had calls like that!)LOL

I close my shows a week after the show and I usually tell people 2 to 3 weeks. I also remind the hostess to PLEASE get them their stuff right away as the 30 day free shipping on returns is only good for 30 days. LOL!!
