The best way to cook barbeque pork ribs is to start by preheating the oven to 250°F. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours, drain the fat from the ribs and baste them with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 hours, or until the ribs are tender. Be sure to check the temperature of the ribs with a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Once cooked, serve the ribs hot with extra BBQ sauce. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, without knowing the specific model and brand of your slow cooker, it's difficult to give you an accurate answer. I recommend consulting the manufacturer's website or manual for specific cooking times and temperatures for your slow cooker model. Alternatively, you can also search online for slow cooker barbeque pork rib recipes and adjust the cooking times and temperatures to your preference. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I cook BBQ pork ribs in a slow cooker?

For BBQ pork ribs, you should cook them in a slow cooker for about 6 to 8 hours on low heat. If you're short on time, you can cook them on high for about 3 to 4 hours, but low and slow is recommended for the best flavor and tenderness.

What temperature should I set my slow cooker for BBQ pork ribs?

When cooking BBQ pork ribs in a slow cooker, you should set it to low for the best results. This allows the meat to become tender and absorb the flavors of the sauce over a longer cooking period.

Can I cook BBQ pork ribs on high in a slow cooker?

Yes, you can cook BBQ pork ribs on high in a slow cooker, but it is recommended to do so for a shorter time, about 3 to 4 hours. Cooking on high may not yield the same tenderness as cooking on low for a longer period.

Should I pre-cook the ribs before putting them in the slow cooker?

Pre-cooking the ribs is not necessary, but it can enhance the flavor. If you choose to sear them in a pan before placing them in the slow cooker, it can add a nice caramelized texture and depth of flavor.

What should I do if my BBQ pork ribs are not tender after cooking?

If your BBQ pork ribs are not tender after the recommended cooking time, you can extend the cooking time by an additional hour or two on low. Make sure there is enough liquid in the slow cooker to keep them moist during the extended cooking time.
