How Early Can I Prepare Turkey Wreath

In summary, the turkey wreath can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and can also be frozen before baking. It can be assembled and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. The baking time for the turkey wreath is 25-30 minutes at 375°F and it is important to use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving. Other types of meat, such as chicken or ham, can also be used for the wreath, with adjustments to cooking time and internal temperature.

I would put it together as soon as I get to her house. Prep everything at home and then just assemble when you get there. Or if you have to, just before you leave your house.

I would think that if you assembled too long before baking it would get soggy. Besides when her guests get there she will tell them you put it together in just a couple minutes and they will be so impressed.

I'd whip up the filling the night before in the Batter Bowl, put the lid on, and toss it in the fridge. Then when you get to her house all you have to do is assemble it and pop it in the oven.
