I usually tell people that if they are purchasing something as a gift, they should give the recipient my contact info. I'll give them an extra business card for this purpose, if they want. If someone contacts me about something they received as a gift that's still under warranty, I just ask them who they received the gift from. This allows me to look that up in Pampered Partner. I can then process the exchange.

The transfer policies for Pampered Chef tools under the gift guarantee allow customers to transfer the guarantee to a new owner if the original recipient decides to give the item as a gift. This ensures that the new owner can also benefit from the guarantee, as long as the original purchase was made within the specified time frame.
The gift guarantee for Pampered Chef tools is typically valid for one year from the date of purchase. This means that if the item is gifted, the new owner can still claim the guarantee within that one-year period.
To transfer the gift guarantee, the original purchaser must provide the new owner with the original receipt or proof of purchase. The new owner should then register the product on the Pampered Chef website or contact customer service to ensure that the guarantee is officially transferred.
If you lose the receipt for your Pampered Chef tool, you can still contact customer service for assistance. They may be able to help you verify the purchase through other means, such as order history if you purchased through a consultant or the Pampered Chef website.
