My new recruite has her first show coming up and the she has a co-host too. I have never done a show with a co-host before and I have been looking over the info I have and playing in PP trying to figure out how you can set it up to have a co-host.

Can someone fill me in how you enter it into PP so you have a host and co-host so they both get the 10% discount after the show.

Thanks,

Enter the host info and then click host order. Click host order a second time and then check the co-host box. That's all you need to do. When you do the host order there is a button that will let you split the Free Product amound evenly.

Thank you, I figured it would be something easy like that.

How do the host benefits work for co-hosts? Can they purchase 2 Host Specials? Do the split the free product and 1/2 price items? Do they each get the discount on the rest of their order? Have never done one and am doing one this month, would love the help!

They only get one host special so they have to choose who's getting it (or have someone else book from them for the same month and the other can get it then as a past host). They split the 1/2 price and free product value and they both get the discount and the 10% off for a year. Also at any bookings from their show only ONE of them can get the past host booking bonus.

HTH,

thank you, thank you, thank you Jodi!

You're quite welcome :D

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up a show with a co-host for the 10% discount?

To set up a show with a co-host in Pampered Chef, you need to coordinate with your co-host to select a date and time for the show. Once you have that, you can create the event in your Pampered Chef consultant portal, ensuring to indicate that it is a co-hosted show. Both hosts will need to promote the show to their networks to maximize attendance and sales.

What are the benefits of co-hosting a show?

Co-hosting a show allows both hosts to share the responsibilities of planning and promoting the event. It also increases the potential guest list, leading to higher sales and more rewards. Additionally, both hosts can enjoy the 10% discount on their orders as long as the show meets the minimum sales requirement.

Do both co-hosts receive the 10% discount?

Yes, both co-hosts can receive the 10% discount on their orders, provided that the show meets the minimum sales requirement. This discount is a great incentive for both hosts to work together to promote the show effectively.

What if one co-host cannot attend the show?

If one co-host cannot attend the show, the other can still proceed with the event. However, it’s important to communicate with guests about the absence and ensure that all responsibilities are covered. The co-host who is present can still enjoy the benefits, including the 10% discount, as long as the show meets the sales criteria.

How can we promote our co-hosted show effectively?

To promote your co-hosted show effectively, utilize social media platforms, email invitations, and personal outreach to friends and family. Create engaging posts that highlight the products and any special offers. Collaborate with your co-host to share the promotional materials and encourage both of your networks to attend the show.
