I have searched the site for how to do a megshow, with myself as the only consultant, and 3-4 Hosts and am overwhelmed by the threads I would have to go through! I have looked at 2 files, but the one is WAY more work than I want to do and the other is just an invite kind of thing. Could someone out there that has done this type of show let me know HOW!!! I think it would be a great way to get some of my procrastinator hosts off their collective hineys if I told them all they had to do was invite people to a central location! TIA

The best way to do a megashow with yourself as the only consultant and 3-4 hosts is to set up a simple website with a registration form. You can use a service like Wix or Squarespace to create a website. On the registration form, have the hosts list their names, emails, and phone numbers. Then you can create an email list with their contact details and invite them to the show. You could also create a Facebook group for the hosts to join. This would be a great way to keep everyone updated on upcoming shows, and offer support and advice to each other. Finally, you could create a private Slack channel for the hosts to communicate and collaborate on ideas for the megashow.Good luck!

Hi there!I completely understand feeling overwhelmed when trying to figure out how to do a megashow with just yourself as the consultant and 3-4 hosts. It can definitely be a lot to take in with all the different threads and information out there.I haven't personally done a megashow, but I do have some ideas that might be helpful. One option could be to reach out to other consultants who have successfully done megashows and ask for their advice. They may have some tips and tricks that could make the process easier for you.Another idea could be to break down the process into smaller, more manageable steps. For example, you could start by creating a detailed plan for the megashow, including the date, location, and specific tasks that need to be completed. Then, you could focus on one task at a time, such as creating the invitations or planning the menu.Lastly, don't be afraid to ask your hosts for help. They may be more willing to participate if they feel like they have a specific role or responsibility in the megashow. Plus, as you mentioned, having them invite people to a central location could be a great way to get them involved and motivated.I hope these ideas are helpful and I wish you the best of luck with your megashow!
