How much rice krispies?chefrobin said:Hi There...just did a cookware training tonight and have the rice krispie recipe for the small saute...1-2 Tbsp butter or marg melted in pan. Add 6 large marshmallows and melt stirring constantly until smooth. Add rice krispies; mix and pour into mini baker or small bar pan. I have a nice one page flyer on small saute pan try me recipes, but not sure how to post it to the site.

janezapchef said:Thanks, Sharon. There's actually a much smaller amounts recipe that went around several years ago. You make it in the small saute pan and flip it out onto a Simple Additions (or a stoneand wipe with a paper towel. I guess the amounts are what I'm looking for. It's NOT a full-size recipe.

To make Rice Krispies treats in your cookware, start by melting butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
A large saucepan or a non-stick pot is ideal for melting the butter and marshmallows. For setting the treats, a 9x13-inch baking dish or a silicone mold works well to ensure easy removal.
Yes, you can use a microwave-safe bowl to melt the butter and marshmallows. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Then mix in the Rice Krispies as usual.
After spreading the mixture into your baking dish, let the Rice Krispies treats cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until they are set and firm.
Absolutely! You can add chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts to the mixture before pressing it into the baking dish. Just be sure not to add too many, as it can affect the texture and binding of the treats.
