What could I say to an old hostess that I'd like to have another kitchen show? I'm at a loss for words??

Let her know that there are so many great new products since she hosted her last show and you wanted to check in to see if she was interested in getting her friends together again. And make sure to mention the great host specials coming up.

Also remind them that their 10% discount is about to expire and you want to help them to get it for another year.

I found these great scripts on here. The one for a previous host:
Hello ____. This is ______ with the pampered chef. How are you? Is this a good time for you? I had to stop and and take some time today to let you know that the new PC items are out and available in our new Fall catalog! This is great for someone like you who loves our products. I'm currently scheduling shows for _________, and I was calling to see if you would be interested in hosting a show for your friends and family.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some effective ways to reconnect with an old hostess?

Reaching out personally is key. Send a friendly message or give them a call to check in and see how they’ve been. Remind them of the fun they had at their last show and share any new products or promotions that might interest them. Personalizing your approach can rekindle their interest.

How can I entice an old hostess to book another show?

Offer exclusive incentives for returning hostesses, such as special discounts, free products, or a bonus gift for booking a new show. Highlight any new products or recipes that have been introduced since their last show to pique their interest.

Should I mention their previous show when I reach out?

Absolutely! Reminding them of the fun and success of their previous show can create positive associations and encourage them to host again. You can ask them what they enjoyed most and suggest ways to make the next show even better.

What if the hostess seems hesitant to book another show?

If they seem unsure, ask open-ended questions to understand their concerns. They might have scheduling conflicts or feel overwhelmed. Offer flexible options, such as virtual shows or smaller gatherings, to accommodate their needs and make it easier for them to say yes.

How often should I follow up with an old hostess?

Follow up periodically, but be mindful not to overwhelm them. A good rule of thumb is to check in every few months. If they express interest, you can increase the frequency of your communication to help them feel supported and informed about new opportunities.
