Hi All,

I have a camping expo this weekend and we're having a wheel of fortune =) What I was thinking of doing was a flier that could be torn in half, one part for the 'host' and one part for me with their info on it. The wheel has a few spots for a FREE Cooking Show and $10 extra dollars from me and some are just CATALOG Show....so I wanted to do two different fliers one for catalog and one for cooking with either a bottom or side that can be torn off that has their info on it so I know who I gave my hostess packets to.

Any ideas or past posts that could help me out??

Thanks in advance =):balloon:

Not good with flyers, but I am always interested in new ideas. Let us know how the Wheel goes. I have never done one before and I would like to know your results.

Why don't you just keep the drawing slips nearby and get their info on that before you hand over the host packet? Then on the back you can write down what they got.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include on my tear-off flier for the camping expo?

Your tear-off flier should include essential information such as your name, contact details, and a brief description of your products or services. Highlight any special offers or promotions specifically for the expo attendees. Additionally, consider including a catchy tagline and an eye-catching image related to camping to draw attention.

How can I make my tear-off flier visually appealing?

What size should my tear-off flier be?

A common size for tear-off fliers is 8.5 x 11 inches, which is easy to handle and fits standard paper sizes. However, you can also consider smaller sizes like 5.5 x 8.5 inches if you want to save space. Just ensure that the tear-off section is large enough for potential customers to easily take a piece with your contact information.

How can I encourage people to take the tear-off portion of my flier?

To encourage people to take the tear-off portion, offer an incentive such as a discount, a free sample, or entry into a giveaway. Make sure to clearly state the benefit on the flier itself. Additionally, place the flier in a prominent location where it can easily catch the attention of expo attendees.

Where should I distribute my tear-off fliers at the camping expo?

Distribute your tear-off fliers at high-traffic areas within the expo, such as near entrances, food stalls, or popular booths. You can also collaborate with other vendors to place your fliers at their booths. Consider setting up a small display with your products to attract more attention and encourage people to take a flier.
