Hourly Wage for Consultants - Need Updated Flyer!

I thought I saw on here a little while ago a flyer about how much of an hourly wage consultants can and do make. I searched the files folder and found one but it it isn't what I am looking for, and I think it was dated in 2007.

If anyone has one they can post I would REALLY appreciate it I am prepping for tonight's show, so my researching abilities for flyers are not really happening.
