The recipe calls for 1 can (20 oz) of pumpkin. I have never seen a 20 ounce can. I have only seen 15 and 30. Should it really just be the 15 oz size?

They are a recipe I got on here. Someone posted a bunch of pumpkin recipes. They are little pumpkin cakes that you make in the mini muffin pan and then put cream cheese icing on.

Can sizes do change over time, so there may have been a brand with a 20 oz. can at the time the recipe was originally written. I'd either use a 15 oz. and cut down the rest of the ingredients by 1/4 or use 2/3 of a 30 oz. can. (If you have a kitchen scale, you can measure out 20 oz.)

We make these a lot. 99-cent only stores have a 20 oz. pumpkin can they sell.

Thanks all. I just had my husband stop on his way home from work and get me another 15 oz can. Funny thing is, I had him taste one and he thought they tasted dry. Oh well.
