I was not around for these and I was wondering if someone can help me find the ones I am missing!
Is there a list somewhere of all the different ones?

2000 Anniversary
2001 Hospitality
2002 Peace on Earth
2003 Autumn Wreath

Which ones are missing and how many are there all together?

They started in 1991 with their first patriotic heart. Similar to the last one but the stars and stripes aren't wavy. I have the complete set - one of these days I need to hang them on the walls of my office - lol.

There were also a couple of non-heart ones: A bear, the original house PC started in, a bear, one that had 4 carvings in (it is bigger - I need to get it out to figure out what was on it)...

In 2003 there were 4 hearts (one for each season) but otherwise one heart per year. There also are at least 2 Canada hearts.

I have duplicates of a couple of them.
 
There were some molds that made buildings for a gingerbread village and train, too.
