I had a customer talk to me today about the handle coming off of her Chef's Knife. She bought this knife from another consultant and she no longer has the receipt. Is there anything I can do to help her? I'm not sure how to do this being as I am still new to PC.

Thanks in advance.

Get as much information from her as you can and call PC. They can find her and there is a lifetime guarentee. She will have to pay the shipping. Here's what they'll want to know, the more info the best.

Name
address at the time she purchased
Name of host
Consultant name
how long ago did she buy it (guesstimate).

If the consultant put her entire address in they should be able to find her.

SHE can also make this call ~ but since you will likely win a customer if you do it, I would. Good luck!

Are you sure it's a PC knife, by looking at the knives...I have no idea how the handle could come off and not only that but, the handle is two pieces on the knife...not to say she is lying or anything, just I would want to see that one because I would never have thought that could happen.
