Just got done flipping through my new Williams-Sonoma catalog... they have stainless coating trays, a salad chopper and finger guard. Interesting to see what they that's similar to ours and to compare the prices. Man their stainless cookware is expensive!!!!!

Our nearest WS is over an hour away!

This would be great information to use as a comparison at shows, to show customers what a deal our cookware is AND with a lifetime guarantee. I've never heard of WS. East Coast thing? I could use a comparison with Macy's

Williams-Sonoma is a nationwide retail store originally started in Northern California. Check out their website when you can to see everything. In my opinion they are my biggest competition.

They have had their salad choppers before we had ours. we also came out with the meat tenderizer at the same time.

I agree that WS is what I consider our competition. I find myself telling people often that you can't compare our products to what you think you can find at Wal-Mart. You have to go to WS or Sur La Table in order to find comparable products.I've enjoyed shopping at WS through the years. Since becoming a PC consultant, I like to shop and compare. I do the same thing with Sur La Table. I find that our prices (even with shipping) are usually lower on similar items. Plus, you can't beat our warranty.

Thanks for sharing the info. I try to look around, gotta know what else is out there. I have to agree you can't beat out warranty.

I'm also on the western coast (sort of) and we have a williams sonoma in the mall in Boise, Idaho. They are not terribly common here, but they are around

They also have free classes on the weekends and they frequently talk about products relating to the subject of the class and reasons to purchase them. Would be a good lesson in selling and cooking that you could use in your shows.
