What exactly is a Future Director? I can't seem to figure it out...
 
There is no Future Director anymore. There use to be until April 1st I believe.
You had to have two recruits, that qualified.

Now there is Senior Rep (one recruit) and then Team Leader (former Future Director) with two recruits.

If I am wrong let me know. :chef:

Future Director = new term Team Leader it is when you have two recruits or when you have active lines where you recruited one person and that person recruited 1 person so that would make it as having 2 active lines. Under the old system a future director was where you had to recruit 2 people before you would get the overrides.
 
Kelly V - you are correct with just a teeny, tiny correction.....1 recruit is a Senior Consultant instead of Rep - no big, just wanted to clarify "completely"!!
