Have to ask this question, are you the PC Consultant or their caterer?

When I do a bridal shower, I still only do one recipe per show. You might want to do two (demo one thing and bring the other already finished). I've always told my Bridal Shower Hosts that if they want cake they will need to furnish this themselves (of course the bridal barbie cake might be the item you bring already finished).

How much early do you usually arrive for a show? Sounds like you need to get there that much earlier before 6:00. Just let your Host know that you want to have your area setup before her guests start to arrive so you aren't in the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to my first bridal show?

For your first bridal show, it's essential to bring a variety of Pampered Chef products to showcase, along with catalogs, order forms, and business cards. Don't forget to have a setup that includes a tablecloth, display stands, and any promotional materials that highlight your offerings. Also, consider bringing samples of food prepared with your products to attract attendees.

How can I attract more brides to my booth?

To attract more brides to your booth, create an inviting and visually appealing display. Use bright colors and attractive signage that highlights special offers or unique products. Engage with attendees by offering free samples, hosting mini cooking demonstrations, or providing a fun giveaway. Networking with other vendors can also help draw traffic to your booth.

What should I say when talking to potential customers?

When speaking with potential customers, start with a friendly greeting and introduce yourself. Ask open-ended questions to learn about their wedding plans and needs. Share how Pampered Chef products can help them in their new kitchen, and highlight any special promotions or packages you have for brides. Be sure to listen actively and address any questions or concerns they may have.

How do I follow up with leads after the show?

After the bridal show, make sure to follow up with leads promptly. Send a thank-you email or message expressing your appreciation for their visit to your booth. Include any additional information they requested, along with a reminder of any special offers. Consider inviting them to a virtual cooking demonstration or a personal consultation to further discuss their needs.

What if I feel nervous about presenting at the show?

Feeling nervous is completely normal, especially for your first bridal show. To ease your nerves, practice your presentation and product demonstrations ahead of time. Familiarize yourself with the products and prepare answers to common questions. Remember to breathe, smile, and focus on engaging with attendees rather than worrying about perfection. Confidence will grow with experience!
