Before having children, I was a teacher. I've taught K, 6th math, and 7th science. I also tutored 3rd/4th grade students in math. Here are the sites I found most helpful. THey're ALL good! There's also a magazine called Mathmania that I used alot.

Thanks so much, I am just begining to teach and took a long term sub position till the end of the year w/ special education Moderate to severe disabilities. This is a huge learning experience for me. I had my first IEP last night, and I didn't leave school until 7PM.
I am contemplating going back to school to work towards a special education credential. Right now they are only hiring in special ed, they are laying off tons of multi sub. teachers and we aren't moving. So I could have a job next year, have a foot in the door w/ the district, but I don't know if I want the added stress. We will see!
