They are super slow. I just got off of the phone with home office. My replacement part order was shipped on the 19th and I have not gotten it yet and the tracking number will not work. The guy at home office was able to look it up and it went from Chicago to GA to FL and will one day make its way to AL. He said they go around the world to get where they are going. I really wish they would stop using them all together. Good luck.
