I am thinking of using this service. I was wanting to see how many of you use it and wheter or not you think it is worth it.

I've heard people say they get good results. But from a customer standpoint, I'd consider it spam phoning, and it would actually turn me off.

I don't use it, because when I get a phone call like that, I hang up.....It annoys me to no end to get a phone call from what I think is a real person, but is really a message!:grumpy:

I LOVE it!!!! I have had people come up to me at shows and thank me for the call. I have had people in other states order on their friend's or family's show because of how "professional" it sounded. I have NEVER had anyone upset by it.

I just started this and have had great response, It helps my host to not have to worry about another step in calling all (hopefully) 40 + plp.
Some host take me up on it and I have had a few that did not. So I do like the opition to offer it to them.

There is a few ways to try and avoid the negative from it sounding like those computerized calls.

I try to time it when I think most people will be gone so that it will go to answering machine.
I to wait a few seconds before talking so that it gives time for the answering maching to beep
It makes a huge difference when you have a ton of calls to make
It is great to record at your leisure and have it send the calls at a decent time of day.
