Estimating Delivery Time for Online Orders

When we actually post the orders, how long until they are delivered to us?

It depends...towards the end of the month and end of incentives packing & shipping tends to take longer... you really can't make a promise to anyone because there isn't a set turnaround time.

Normally mine have been 1 week from submission but the last few months it has been more like 1.5 to 2 weeks from submission. And I can tell this week is going to be bad it looks like to me. They are up to working on orders through 23rd.

Officially, the policies document says that they try to ship within 2 business days, with allowances for up to 5 business days at the very end/beginning of the month.

I usually tell people that they'll have it "within 2 weeks."

Thank you all for this information. I was interested in knowing the same thing. I am submitting my first 2 shows this weekend, and was asked by many customers when they would be recieving their products. Thanks for the responses - these forums are so helpful!
