on pp i cant download the new spring items, i keep getting this message error : path/file acesserror
 
You write that you are new. Does that mean you are using P3 or are you using Pampered Partner? Where are you trying to download from? I am only asking as I am trying to figure out what you are doing to try to help you.

Run the Spring update that came in the changeover box, and you should be OK to download the product update.
 
If you can't find your CD you can download the S/S2007 update on CC. Hope this helps you.
