So my first two gals who signed in the fall will go inactive at the end of this month if they do not submit anything. I have been trying to get a hold of them for various other things and neither will return a phone call so I figured I would email them about going inactive (I do know they check their email!). Does anyone have a good email to send them to encourage sales by the end of the month?

I just send an email saying sorry I have to contact you this way, I've been trying to call, as you probably know if you don't submit $200 you will become an inactive consultant and lose your career sales. Please call me to discuss. That's the basic point I try to get across. :)

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some effective email subject lines to encourage sales before going inactive?

Consider using subject lines that create urgency and excitement, such as "Last Chance for Amazing Pampered Chef Deals!" or "Don't Miss Out: Final Days to Shop with Me!" These lines can grab attention and prompt your team to take action.

How can I personalize my emails to make them more engaging?

Personalization can significantly increase engagement. Use the recipient's name, reference past purchases, and suggest products based on their preferences. For example, "Hi Sarah, I thought you might love this new kitchen gadget based on your last order!"

What kind of promotions should I include in my emails to boost sales?

Include limited-time offers, discounts on popular products, or bundle deals that encourage larger purchases. You could also highlight any ongoing promotions from Pampered Chef that your team can take advantage of before you go inactive.

How often should I send these encouragement emails?

It's best to send a series of emails leading up to your inactive status. Start with a reminder about your upcoming inactivity, followed by a weekly email highlighting different products or promotions. This keeps the momentum going without overwhelming your recipients.

What should I include in my email to motivate my team to make sales?

In your email, include success stories from team members, tips for effective selling, and a clear call to action. Encourage them to share their own experiences and remind them of the benefits of reaching their sales goals before you go inactive.
