I don't have P3...how do you print an entire show's receipts without going into each individual order and printing?

The bottom left quadrant. Highlight the show, then under the tabs, you can click Print Sales Receipts.
 
From PP, you can go to Print Reports at the top right. Then there's a spot called Print Receipts or Show Receipts. It will ask you which show you want to. Then you move all the orders that need printed into the right side column and print from there.
