I make muffins almost on a daily basis for my kids. I take a spoon and try not to spill it, blah, blah, until yesterday a light bulb came over head....why not use the medium size scoop I have! You know I can dip the muffin mix into the pan a whole lot faster now!! :D I'm going to have to share that at my next show. I always thought of it for cookies and not much else. I'm not a think outside of the box kinda person!! :p

If you have the deluxe mini-muffin pan, the small scoop works perfect for it.

The Large Scoop is perfect for muffins. An easy cross sell with the muffin stones and silicone floral pan. I mention it all the time.

I don't have any of the muffin stones I have thought about them....are they super moist like the silicone pans or just after they have been seasoned awhile?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the simple change that improved your muffin-making routine?

The simple change that improved my muffin-making routine was switching from using traditional muffin tins to silicone muffin molds. This change not only made the muffins easier to remove but also allowed for more even baking and less cleanup.

How does using silicone molds affect the baking process?

Silicone molds provide better heat distribution, which helps the muffins bake more evenly. They also allow for easy release without the need for greasing, which can save time and reduce the amount of oil or butter needed in the recipe.

Are there any specific tips for using silicone muffin molds?

Yes, it's important to place silicone molds on a baking sheet for stability, especially when filling them with batter. Additionally, preheating the oven and ensuring the molds are clean and dry before use can help achieve the best results.

Can I use the same recipes with silicone molds?

Absolutely! You can use the same muffin recipes with silicone molds. However, you may need to adjust the baking time slightly, as silicone molds can sometimes require a few extra minutes in the oven compared to metal tins.

What are the benefits of making muffins efficiently?

Making muffins efficiently saves time and effort, allowing you to enjoy fresh baked goods without the hassle. It also encourages more frequent baking, which can lead to healthier snack options and the ability to experiment with different flavors and ingredients.
