pcleah said:I made some brownie bites in the mini-muffin pan yesterday (box mix). There was enough batter left over to fill the small bar pan perfectly. I baked them both at the same time and they were done in about 20 mins.
YUMMY!!!

To make Easy and Delicious Brownie Bites, you will need the following ingredients: 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted), 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. You can also add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor if desired.
Bake the brownie bites in the mini-muffin pan for about 10-12 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Keep an eye on them, as baking times may vary depending on your oven. They are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Yes, you can use a bar pan or a regular muffin pan instead of a mini-muffin pan. If using a bar pan, you may need to adjust the baking time to about 20-25 minutes. For a regular muffin pan, bake for approximately 15-18 minutes.
The brownie bites are done when the edges look set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake, as this can lead to dry brownie bites.
Yes, you can make the brownie bites ahead of time. Once cooled, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months. Just make sure to thaw them at room temperature before serving.
