A customer of mine mentioned that her chilzanne rectangular server is broken ... and the liquid inside oozed everywhere!

Is this replacable under warranty even though it's discontinued?
 
As long as it's within the guarantee period, yes.
 
I have a custumer also same thing with the server. I just found out about it. It was just ordered in August.

Well I do not believe this. :mad:

The person at HO said the warranty is void because she dropped it!

I checked the PIG and while it cautions people not to put it in the microwave, never does it say, "Don't ever let this one slip out of your fingers!"

I will double-check with her to find out exactly what happened.

Somehow I think that maybe this girl is new and doesn't know ...
 
Go to the website and do an online adjustment. It's much easier than waiting on the telephone or dealing with a rep. Just click the product is damaged option. I do online adjustments 99% of the time, so much better that dealing with the wait or "no" for an answer.
 
I agree, as long as you know it's in warranty time, just go on-line and do product adjustment.

No where near as much hassle.
