I'm ready to submit a show and it says my debit card is not valid. Is there something I'm missing (this would be the first time using it) or do I have to call Home Office?

I had this happen to me and if I recall, I had to inform the bank about my proprietary (sp) card. It should work automatically, I would think...

They told me once you have the number it should be active. Do you have all your recent updates done on P3, just in case that has an effect?

I do. I just installed it last night...I'll call home office later. Thanks!

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble submitting your show. It's possible that there may be an issue with your debit card, such as an expiration date or incorrect information. I would recommend double checking the card details you entered and if everything looks correct, it may be best to contact Home Office for further assistance. They will be able to help troubleshoot the issue and ensure that your show is successfully submitted. Best of luck and happy cooking!
