I signed up my 1st recruit in december, and then my 2nd recruit on march
2nd :) So i was wondering do i need to submitt the 1250.00 this month to get a my additional 1% or will i have start it in april submiiting 1250.00 to get the 1% bonus.

I can't remember since when i was a FD cause i was only a short time and then i promoted to Director like a month later when i was selling a few yrs ago.

Your FD status takes effect April 1st. So from then on you'll need the $1250 to get your overrides.Congrats!

Thanks Deb :) I couldn't remember i know i will make it next month but i am kinda short this month on it so that is why i was wondering :)
 
I didn't know FD's had minimums. Since my second recruit will go inactive this month it won't matter but it's good to know for the future. Amazing how motivated I can be by some small carrot....
 
Sorry for this question, but is that 1% of FD's recruits' sales? Is that what override means? I've never put much thought into this before, obviously.
 
Yes- an override is the percentage you earn on your recruits' sales. It's also the extra percentage you earn on your own sales. (1% for FDs, 3% for Directors)Bee, there are only minimums for FDs to get overrides. Otherwise, the sales minimums are the same as the consultant level.
