You have described the 25 show challenge exactly. I would offer a pizza party to the whole team too but so many of mine live way too far to come and I don't think it would be fair - you do the parties and those who can come will benefit (my 2 most consistantly high sales consultants live long distance).georgiapeach said:From what I understand (which, of course, can be totally different that what everybody else thinks/does!).....you challenge your team to do a total of 25 shows as a team and then offer some incentive for those that participated.

I'm excited about this site where all directors are condensed into one spot so I can get new ideasCS is fine but there have been times I've asked questions directed at directors and the thread fills with alot of other stuff and I never get the info I need.
chefmeg said:just a quick note on the 25 show challenge-the first few months you do this, you will want to include yourself. This means count your own total shows held for about the first 3 months-this way, your team can see that they can achieve this and you will see everyone jumping on board!

So I made a deal with myself to be good til the party- eat and drink at the party, and then back to being good after. Even 1 party a week won't kill a weightloss plan. Bue people feel so guilty if they blow it that they just give up and keep eating long after a parties over.
