Leadership is FDs and above. It is a little more structured than conference. Not necessarily in the schedule, but in the material presented. Because there is such a wide variety of consultants represented at Conference, some of the workshops are designed to appeal to consultants from hobbyists on up. But since Leadership is for people who have shown at least some commitment to recruiting and building a strong business, there aren't any punches pulled.
