I need to do a show with chocolate as the food of choice. She doesn't like cheese... at all.. that kind of knocked out lots of recipes so we're going for her favorite... chocolate.. instead. Any tried and true recipes out there that you love to make that show tons of products? I will do a fluted pan microcake for sure but I need a zinger main item to show.

I know I have seen Death by Chocolate themes on here, so, you should be able to find some on here by searching. Maybe trying searching the files section.

This thread title sure got my attention:)
How about a skillet cake? The turtle fudge skillet cake or the chocolate cherry skillet cake are both yummy!
Or a brownie pizza always goes over well for me....peanutty brownie pizza or banana split brownie pizza.

I've never done it myself - but there's a Death By Chocolate show where you have tuxedo brownie cups, turtle fudge skillet cake (or molten chocolate lava skillet cake) and the chocolate mousse in the shells.

Plenty of chocolate for those chocoholics out there!

There is a chocolate pizza recipe on here. It sounds REALLY good and you can do it w/ things that came in your kit. I think it might be called Chocolate Decadance.

Wonderful Help as always. Do you think the turtle cake could be made in the stoneware fluted pan ... in the oven I mean? I don't have the fry pan yet... however I may be "forced" to buy it just for this recipe don't you think???

Berries & Cream brownie Squares
Peanutty Chocolate Cake (micro)
Banana Split Brownie Pizza

and don't forget Chocolate Martinis in the QSP!!

I always do the Tuxedo Brownie Cups at a chocolate show. They show a bunch of products. I usually show how to make one or two and then let the guests come up and make their own. I usually sell a lot of EADs with this.

You can do the lava cakes in the silicone pan. I guess you would follow recipe the same as muffins??

On the recipe for these.. I think it says to refrigerate for a couple hours... do you just serve them without doing this?
Thanks

Yes, I have before! They are fine if you serve right away. I forgot about this recipe...it is sooo good!

Does she not like Cream chesse?? I do not like cheese so I understand, but cream cheese in some recipes is okay. It would definantly have to be overpowered by something else. I know I'm one of the few weird ones out there. The turtle skillet cake is awsome. Good luck w/ the anti-cheese lover!
