Today, at my show, that was looking to be just an ok show, I got my first recruit lead. I mean, I have some people in mind, but the first person to actually say at the show she was thinking about doing it, and who checked the box that she wanted information.

Suggestions for next steps. I have emailed my recruiter and director, but I love to hear your input, you guys are wonderful and I love your input!

Thanks in advance!:)

Call her and offer to meet with her.Take the online trainings about the Come Join Us brochure--that will guide your conversation.

meet/talk with her soon. Find her reasons of interest in the biz and listen. She may just need help in signing.

That's so exciting Melissa!! Congrats & I agree w/ Deb & Amy...take the online class & then meet with her ASAP!! Find her "why" & go with it!! Good luck!!

Congrats!! Yes, take the online classes, but first mail out some info. Then call her!! Best of luck!!

No, don't mail anything. Call her and hand it to her in person and TALK TO HER.Your first question should be--Do you need more information or do you just need to know how to sign up? You may not need to mail her anything or even meet with her at all!

Maybe that is what my problem has been all along. My director told me to mail the info then call them or if it was a w/end, call them then mail info...hmmm...
