Thank you!!! since its a Canadian recipe i'll just find an online converter for the grams (i'm guessing that's what the g stands for) lolYou ROCK!!!
 
closest measurements I could come up with are:

500 grams = 1 pound
700 grams = 25 ounces = 4 cups +
500 grams = 16 ounces = 2 cups
200 ml = 3/4 cups (1 c = 250 ml)
500 ml = 2 cups
450 grams = 14 ounces = 1 1/2 cups
