I have a customer who lives in another state - she found me through my husband's job. Her maid had lost the inner part of her Rice Cooker lid. So, we ordered her a replacement part. This the email I just got from her:
"The top on the rice cooker doesnt fit the model i have, can I return the part and just order a whole new rice cooker?"
I don't think we can return replacement parts, right? But I just thought I'd check because she's such a great customer of mine. TIA!
